Billing Reminder: “Dear Patient, you have an outstanding balance for neurological services. Please pay securely at: www.pfneurology.com/payment.

Missed Appointment Follow-up:Dear Patient, you missed your scheduled appointment with Dr. [Name] at 9:00 AM today. Please call us at (805) 579-9999 to reschedule. A $25 no-show fee has been applied (waived for first-time missed appointments).

Insurance Inactivity: “Dear Patient, our records show that your insurance is expired or inactive. Please send updated insurance info or a copy of your current card to verify coverage for your upcoming visit. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency may vary based on your healthcare needs. You may receive up to 1–2 messages per week related to scheduling, billing, and clinical updates.
